Mastopexy
Young lady, having Poland’s syndrome (left breast and chest muscle not developed properly), thus the dimple is seen in the left underarm; the right breast is sagged. Recommendations: lifting and augmentation with a small implant of the right breast and augmentation of the left breast with a bigger implant. The patient wished only one implant in the left breast. Surgery: lifting of the right breast and augmentation of the left breast with 150cc round silicone implant. Patient satisfied with the result.
